Passly Hai is a technology platform and marketplace connecting event organizers and attendees.
Passly Hai does not organize, host, manage, or control events listed on the platform.
Refund obligations remain the responsibility of the respective event organizer.
Except as expressly stated in this policy or required by applicable law, all ticket purchases are final.
Once a booking is successfully completed, tickets cannot be:
due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, change of plans, inability to attend, travel issues, or any other attendee-related circumstances.
If an event is completely cancelled by the organizer and is not rescheduled, attendees may be eligible for a refund as determined by the organizer.
Refund requests must be submitted within the period specified by the organizer.
Even where a refund is approved, the following charges may be non-refundable:
Only the ticket face value approved by the organizer may be eligible for refund.
The organizer is solely responsible for:
Passly Hai may facilitate communication but is not obligated to provide refunds from its own funds.
To assist with refund requests and dispute resolution, Passly Hai may provide organizer contact information to attendees and may share attendee information with organizers.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:
Passly Hai reserves the right to cancel bookings suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or duplication.
Where refunds are approved by organizers, processing may take 7–15 business days or longer depending on payment providers, banks, and payment methods.
